I founded Luxe Glow Studio with a passion for beauty and a love for empowering woman to feel beautiful and love their lashes. You can expect a Luxury and professional lash extension service, based in Belmont, Western Australia.

I am committed to providing an excellent, clean, safe, hygienic service, using quality adhesive, and high quality lash extensions for your ultimate comfort and desired results. I trained with GLAM, in Perth Western Australia and hold my certification in applying lash extensions. I can’t wait to meet you as I embark on this business venture.

CANCELLATIONS

BOOKINGS

All cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the FULL appointment fee (this includes any deposit paid) to the card captured on file, until that amount is paid you will not be able to book another appointment. Bookings cancelled within 24-48 hours of appointment time will have 50% of their service charged. Cancellations made outside the 48 hour mark of the time of the appointment commencement can be rescheduled to another time/day but please give the most notice you can if you are unable to make your appointment. If a deposit has been paid, you can move it twice until you need to pay a new deposit.

LATE FEES

CHILDREN / GUESTS

All appointments are to be made through the booking link above, here you can schedule your appointments and pay online for a seamless experience. Bookings are to be paid in full at the end of your appointment. Card capture will be used for all bookings to reserve the booking and only charged at the end of your service or in the case of a no show.

NO SHOWS

Please arrive to your appointment at the correct time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will consider this a no show/cancellation. If a late arrival is inevitable, your service will be shortened to remain on schedule and you will be required to still pay the full price of the service(s).

Please come to your appointment alone as the studio is not equipped to provide childcare. If children or guests come along with you the cancellation policy will come into effect and you will be charged.

REFILL REQUIREMENTS

You must ensure you are cleansing your lashes daily. If you arrive at your appointment and you have remaining makeup/mites I will not be able to complete your re-fill and you will be charged as per the cancellation policy. Please ensure you arrive to your refill appointment with at least 50% or more of your extensions remaining on each eye, or we will be required to complete a full-set and the service will be charged as such. I will not “Just do what I can in the time,” I take pride in my work and this is not a re-fill appointment, so we will not get the desired result.

You will be counted as a No Show if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your start time. No shows will not be tolerated and you will be charged the full service fee for your appointment. Once the first no show fee is paid, you will be allowed to make another appointment, however if another no show or cancellation is made you will be blocked and unable to rebook with me in the future.
